Return and Refund Policy

At Clothia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns due to a change of mind are accepted.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We don’t take any restocking fee for return product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
  • Items without original tags or packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time: 7-10 business days after receiving the return.
  • If the item is damaged, missing parts, or not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@clothia.shop and send your item to: 2 Donmouth Road, Bridge of Don, Aberdeen, AB23 8DX, United Kingdom.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@clothia.shop with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a return address and instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
  • If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the return process.
